There are plenty of activities to take part in around Ocean City throughout the year. From lounging at the beach to playing a friendly game of mini-golf to bike riding on the boardwalk, very few individuals find themselves bored on this lovely barrier island.
For skateboarders, this statement is true as well. The Ocean City Skateboard Park, located next to the Ocean City Fire Department at 5th Street and Asbury Avenue, has been keeping skaters entertained since the gates opened at the park a few years ago. This free skate park offers ramps, rails and bowls of a wide variety, making it possible for skaters of all levels to enjoy the park.
The city park has specific rules and is monitored, so be sure to take a peek at the guidelines before going. And, pads and helmets are required at this skateboard-only park, so make sure that, in addition to your board, you bring along these items, too!
