Two wonderful events will be taking place in Ocean City this weekend: Walk for the Wounded to benefit Operation First Response and the annual Corvette Show.

Walk for the Wounded (Sept. 22)

The annual Walk for the Wounded event will take place on Saturday, September 22, at the Ocean City Music Pier, with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m., speeches starting at 9:30 a.m. and the walk getting under way at 10 a.m. This event benefits Operation First Response, a nonprofit organization which provides financial and personal support to wounded military heroes and their families. Find out more about this extraordinary fundraiser and Operation First Response online and be sure to head out to the Music Pier on the boardwalk tomorrow morning to take part in this fabulous fundraiser.

If you haven’t registered for the walk yet, don’t worry, as in-person registration will be available tomorrow morning!

Corvette Show (Sept. 23)

On Sunday, September 23, from 11:30 a.m.–4 p.m., the Ocean City boardwalk will be filled with Corvettes of varying models. More than 350 Corvettes will be displayed along the boardwalk, from 6th Street to 14th Street.
