Cool, crisp weather means that it’s almost time for that spooky and fun day of the season…Halloween! Each year, kids of all ages get into the Halloween spirit a little bit ahead of time by attending the Ocean City Halloween Parade, which takes place along Asbury Avenue.
The annual Halloween Parade, presented by the Ocean City Exchange Club, will be held on Thursday, October 25, and will bring costumed revelers, marching bands and local organizations to Asbury Avenue. This free event will start at 6th Street at 7:15 p.m. and is a popular one for residents and visitors alike. Spectators line the street as parade participants dress up in their most creative Halloween-inspired garb and proceed down Asbury Avenue all the way to 11th Street, to the delight of parade-goers.
Interested in marching along as a parade participant and trying your luck at winning one of a number of prizes in a variety of categories? Online registration is now open for parade participants (until October 23) and all of the registration details can be found here.
All are welcome to attend and get involved in this fun Halloween-themed event on October 25.
