In a few weeks, Somers Point Restaurant Week will unfold, which means that special, limited-time-only menus will be popping up at a wide array of eateries throughout Somers Point. Presented by the Somers Point Restaurant Association, this annual event offers a wonderful way for restaurant patrons to enjoy specialty menus at their favorite dining spots and to explore new eateries as well.
This year’s Somers Point Restaurant Week, with a theme of Jazzing Up Restaurant Week, will take place Friday, November 2, through Sunday, November 11. Participating restaurants will offer prix fixe menus throughout the Restaurant Week, including two-course lunch menu items for $12.18 and three-course dinner menu items for $27.18.
The participating restaurants which will be serving up their creative fare for lunch, dinner or both include the following:

For the wine lovers out there, Passion Vines has you in mind with its Restaurant Week Wine Tasting event on Saturday, November 10, from 2–4 p.m. For $12.18, wine tasting participants will enjoy wine samplings alongside light bites from the Academy of Culinary Arts and live jazz music from Behn Gillice. Seating is limited to the first 30 guests, so be sure to reserve your spot ASAP.
In keeping with the overall jazz theme of this year’s Somers Point Restaurant Week, there will be live jazz music offered at a variety of restaurants throughout the week. The list of live music offerings, courtesy of the South Jersey Jazz Society, can be viewed online.
The Somers Point Restaurant Association is taking the dining-themed fun one step further with its new “Eat, Dine and Be Social” contest. From November 2–11, take a photo of your dining out excursions at any of the participating restaurants during Somers Point Restaurant Week, “like” the Somers Point Restaurant Week page on Facebook, post your photo on the Restaurant Week page by midnight on November 11 and use the following hashtag: #SPRW18. One winner will be selected on November 17 to win a $250 restaurant gift card basket! The official rules can be found here.
