There’s no better way to end the weekend than by attending not just one, but two, family-friendly events in Ocean City.
Quiet Festival (11 a.m.–3 p.m.)
On Sunday, November 4, start off your day in a relaxing manner with the creative annual Quiet Festival.
From 11 a.m.–3 p.m., enjoy a wide array of activities at the Ocean City Community Center, located at 1735 Simpson Avenue, all which possess a quiet theme. From puzzle completing to a quiet pet contest to relaxing bubble blowing, all of your quiet activity wishes will be granted at this unique Ocean City event.
Island Fall Fest (3–5 p.m.)
After the Quiet Festival, it’s time to boost up the volume a notch by attending the Island Fall Fest at the Ocean City Tabernacle, located at 550 Wesley Avenue, from 3–5 p.m. The event was originally scheduled for late-October, but rescheduled to the current date for weather-related reasons. Luckily, the Halloween-themed, fall-filled fun can now continue into November!
This free event is hosted by three local churches, including the Ocean City Tabernacle, Coastal Christian and St. Peter’s United Methodist Church, and will provide fun for the entire family with activities such as a trunk or treat, video game truck, barnyard friends, face painting, games and prizes. And, if you work up a hunger, don’t worry, as there will be plenty of hot dogs, hamburgers, Drip N Scoop delicacies, Kona Ice treats and more to go around!
All are welcome to attend!
