Soma will also be the location for an upcoming culinary-themed event, the Mindful Eating Winter Workshop. Soma is partnering with certified ayurvedic wellness counselor Rachel Jamison of Pickling Salt for a workshop on Sunday, February 3, from 4–6 p.m. at the café. The event will cover how to adjust your diet according to your distinct body and personality, and not according to the latest fad. The cost is $20 in advance and $25 at the door, should tickets remain on the day of the event. There is limited seating and this is sure to be a popular event, so it’s a good idea to purchase your tickets ASAP. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite or by emailing Soma at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Soma is currently operating on a winter season schedule and is open Thursday through Sunday, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
